We will always aim to despatch your order within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving it, using Royal Mail International Signed For Service. Subject to availability of stock. If we have a note of your email address we will notify you as soon as your order has been despatched.

Although we hold many items in stock, on occasions it may be necessary for us to obtain the item to fulfil your order - we aim to despatch these orders within 2-3 working days. If your item will take longer, we will contact you and offer you the option of a refund.
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time of 24 hours.
We will refund, offer to exchange, offer a credit note or replace the goods as long as the item is unused, unworn and is returned in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.unless they are Faulty, in this case please advice us immediately attaching a photographic record if possible.
We will refund certain items only if they’re faulty and if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have a14 days to return the goods from the moment they’ve received the goods.
A refund will be given only after the return of the goods in full. Please note that the original delivery charge on an order is not refundable. The customer have the responsiblity for the cost of returning/posting/delivering the goods. if you return an item for an exchange, you will not be charged for the second despatch.
We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting (free) from the Post Office if you return goods. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund amount if the items returned damaged.
We will repair or replace a faulty item if it is returned within 14 days.
Our jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty.
